A membership dedicated to all you need for a life spent in your highest health. A Club where you can sit with us, while we tap the experts and explore the concept of Modern Wellness in more depth, from ancient wisdom to modern science and everything in between, a space where we advocate for balance over perfection and examine what it means to live your version of ‘healthy as f**k’. We believe it’s ok to eat the cake + drink the wine, as long it’s done with intention and that in the pursuit of living your highest, it’s best to leave the guilt and the shame.  This is a Club dedicated to cultivating a community, a space where we encourage honest conversation and self exploration and hope that within it, you feel seen, you feel heard and safe to unlock the secrets to a GLOW so deep it’s blinding!  This is a Club where our deepest motivation is to help you discover the secrets to becoming your best, always.

The process of transformation, according to Mayan culture, follows a pattern, a cycle repeated from beginning to end; initiation, to refinement, to transformation and then completion and in order to change anything and become that best, most self actualised version of you, bridging the gap between where you are and where you want to be, something, (perhaps many things), needs to change.  If you want different as they say, you need to be and do different and rather than focusing on outdated modes and shaming yourself into submission, what we offer instead is the space to breathe, be + become your best, letting go of old habits and ways of being and instead welcoming in the new, allowing this process of transformation.   

Unless we tend to ourselves, unpack what self support looks like and change the narrative around how we view ourselves and show up in the world, we cannot become that #best version of ourselves that we seek.  It’s through a reverence for each habit that shapes us and every ritual + routine that shapes our days, that true change can be made, so through a community of voices and range of modalities, our intention is to bring together the how + what.  A wellness focused, collaborative platform designed to support you in moving toward your version of best, armed with the tools and education to get you there. 

Each quarter we explore a topic of interest that allows us to view wellbeing through a broader lens and dive deeper into what health looks like under this umbrella, a liminal space between the busy and all the noise.  You’ll find thoughtfully curated articles on every aspect of life and wellbeing, from food to beauty, movement and mindfulness, to skincare, self-care, recipes, community and perhaps most importantly, a safe space to explore and lean heavily toward the direction of your dreams.   

This is a space for those with a desire for more, an invitation for a lifestyle change. A place to come in times of need and leave feeling better than before; support between the busy and all the noise, to unpack what it feels like to become your best;  IN BODY, MIND + LIFE, join us as we explore the concept of self + identity, beginning with an exploration of life, through the lens of beauty.

    Each season spans 3 months and explores health + life through our chosen focus, through articles, recipes and teachings; a layered approach designed to deepen your knowledge and the conversation throughout the season.

    Pop in monthly or stay for 3 and explore the concepts of Modern Wellbeing in more depth.

  • Each month offers an opportunity to set intentions and work toward your goals around the seasonal theme, through a series of workshops/journal prompts and various explorations throughout the season.

    Remembering, the secret to your success is found in your daily routine.

  • Articles to educate and inspire from our team of experts and guest teachers. Exploring the focus of the month, as well as through the lens of our fundamentals, eat drink MOVE breathe sleep.

  • Breathwork and meditation allow us to change our physiology to a desired outcome, whether it’s to induce calm, relaxation or create energy in the body, making it an ideal antidote for the stresses of Modern Living.

    Each month you will learn a new practice with Trish.

  • We invite you to dive in and create a community that will support + empower you to thrive via our monthly virtual workshops, accountability opportunities and more.

  • Weekly emails outlining all you need to know for the week ahead, the flavour + content, as well as key dates to keep in mind.
