Welcome to High Health Club, a Wellness Club, where we encourage balance over perfection and approach wellbeing, with a strong belief that we are here to indulge + celebrate the simple pleasures in life and that in doing so we honour what this life is all about.

Our intention is to inspire a whole human approach to health and wellbeing, a light hearted and accepting space with wellness in mind. A space where we aim for balance over perfection and celebrate health in all things, for all, including the planet.

We believe that wellbeing is not a one size fit’s all, you will not receive a list of no’s or a prescriptive approach, we’re simply here to support you in un, what works best for you.

I’m a seeker and lover of all things health and wellbeing, on a mission to find the tools, products and know-how to live my version of #healthyaf and I’m passionate about helping others do the same.

I have a penchant for coffee, dark chocolate and wine, and sustainable fashion and lifestyle products bring me all the joy. 

I’m a wife and mother to a beautiful 11 year old girl, and love nothing more than travelling with my family.

I believe in balance over perfection, that food is either your medicine or your poison and that stress overrides a healthy diet every time

I created High Health Club as a space to share all of me and play by my own rules, and invite you to join me, in doing the same.
