We worked with Trish to create a wellbeing program to support and nourish/inspire our staff. Trish is so captivating and passionate in her work, so naturally we were hanging off every word she said.

CORPORATE PROGRAM

Trish created and implemented a successful wellbeing program, which she has been running for the last 2 years across our corporate team in Melbourne. The program incorporated a number of modalities from movement to mindfulness, meditation and breath work, (which Trish led as a qualified teacher).

A large part of the program also focused on education around how to best support our own health, such as Gut Health, mindset and positive psychology. The wellbeing program was a great support to our people, particularly during extended lockdowns in Melbourne due to COVID 19 and helped build connection across the broader corporate team.

Trish’s approach is one that makes you feel comfortable and empowered to adopt the lifestyle choices that you feel are relevant to creating the best version of you.
