Bliss is a potent adaptogenic blend of Ayurvedic herbs formulated for calm, stress reduction, performance and optimal health.
Dose: 1/4 teaspoon in any hot drink any time you like through the day, and/or twice a day before meditation for a more blissful experience. Add to your morning coffee to neutralise some of the over-stimulating effects of caffeine.
Can be taken up to 4 times a day for extra support in stressful times.

Tulsi: In Ayurveda, this miraculous plant is healing for the body, mind and spirit. Tulsi is considered a true adaptogen which boosts energy in the morning and because it is not a stimulant, supports deep restful sleep when taken before bed.
Brahmi: is used in Ayurvedic medicine to help aid recovery from exhaustion and stress, improve memory, reduce anxiety and alleviate stress.
Mustaka: is used in Ayurvedic medicine as a calming nerve relaxant that can assist with supporting mental wellbeing.
Pearl: is used in Ayurvedic medicine to bestow strength and nourishment, has an anti-inflammatory and cooing effect on the mind & body, may help with detoxification, anti-inflammatory and contributes to glowing and beautiful skin.
