Habits, rituals, routines, whichever your reference, are small, yet powerful ways you can support yourself daily, that add up to enhance your health + wellbeing, remind you to show up for yourself on repeat and help you to land at the end of your day with a little more space to breathe.
Some of our favourite daily rituals can be the simplest of things linked together to create a moment of connection with part of your day, small gestures, elevated to seize the beauty of the current moment and cultivate habits that you crave, in order to keep your healthy habits + wellbeing tools on repeat. In a sense it’s akin to James Clears habit stacking (from his book Atomic Habits), adding habits or practices onto those that already exist, in order to cement new ones into your routine.

Whether it’s waking to lemon juice & water, breathwork/meditation, journalling, dry body brushing before your shower, pouring your coffee and taking a moment to drink it, hugging your pets or loved ones, moving your body, reading for inspiration or all of the above, we’re big believers that the secret to your success is found in your daily routine.

The simple ritual of nourishing yourself with beautiful food & taking time to prepare and savour your meals can have a huge impact on your body as well as your mind and energy levels, as can moving your body hydrating between meetings, taking a pause to do breathwork or meditation, or simply getting out in the sun.

How you end your day, is just as important as how it begins as your wind down rituals let you drop away the day and set you up for sleep, one of our key fundamentals. Light a candle, walk around the block, breathe deep, luxuriate in a bath, read before bed, journal the day out of your head & let it all go, preparing to do it all again tomorrow.
