From Our Founder 

I started High Health Club with a simple but powerful intention — to create the kind of wellness space I couldn’t find. Not another place adding pressure, but a place to learn and grow together; a space where feeling good actually feels good.

What began as my own practice — breathwork, food, rituals, and the quiet edit of how I live, has grown into a Membership and a community. A place where women can explore what it means to live well with confidence, beauty, and intention.

Our lens : seasonal wellness as a lifestyle.

We explore what holds, why it matters, and how it becomes part of a life well-lived. We try, we tweak, we refine, and then we share it.  High Health Club exists to support women in the pursuit of more — more confidence, more ease, more glow, with structure, style and intention, because we believe transformation isn’t about trends or quick fixes, it’s about foundations that last and the freedom to live life in High Health.

What I’ve realised, is most memberships focus on just one or two things: diet, breathwork, movement. Valuable, yes, but none of them serve you entirely. High Health Club is different. It’s a CLUBHOUSE for all of you, your body, mind, spirit, rituals and perhaps most importantly, your aspirations. Within these walls, we bring together food, breath, movement, structure, beauty, rest, and community, so you can show up as your version of best. And you’re not doing it alone. Each week, I drop a love note into your inbox: a reminder, a reset, a chance to keep showing up, even on your busiest days. So here’s our question this season: How do you want to land at the end of 12 weeks?     You get access to our full content library—including expert-led breathwork, movement, journaling, astrology, educational articles and recipe content—plus all new monthly resources, masterclasses.

    What if I can’t make the live events?
    All live events are recorded and uploaded to your library within 24–48 hours. You can tune in when it works for you—no stress, no FOMO.

    How much time do I need each week?
    As much or as little as you want. This is about nourishment, not pressure. You could dip in for a recipe or audio on your walk—or carve out a Sunday ritual. You’re in charge of how you use the space.

    Is this for beginners or people who already know a lot about wellness?
    Both. Whether you’re brand new to this world or already deep in your journey, this space is designed to meet you where you are. We’re not about perfection—we’re about helping you feel good in ways that actually fit your life.

    Can I cancel anytime?
    Yes. No contracts, no fine print. If you ever want to leave, you can cancel anytime from your account settings.
