Our bodies are designed to m o v e daily.
Every aspect of your health and wellbeing is linked, from how you wake up in the morning to how you go to sleep at night, every detail across your day interconnected, with what you eat and drink, to how you breathe, impacting every system + function in your body, daily movement being a necessary part of that whole. Moving your body supports everything to flow, from your blood and cardiovascular system, to your lymph, digestion and even your mood and emotions, and whilst we’re all about supporting you to move daily, we also encourage you to move for the right reasons, moving your body because you love it and not because you don’t. From experience, anything can be either your medicine or your poison, the only difference being your deep motivation, so we encourage you to find movement that you love or at the very least enjoy, rather than moving as a form of punishment to meet an ideal, that may or may not be where your body naturally wants to land. Below is a series of quick and varied workouts from some of our faves, movement to fit into your day, between meetings, school drop off’s and all the in between’s, because we believe that busy shouldn’t mean compromise.
