High Health Club Breathwork Classes

Please join me in diving a little deeper into breathwork here at High Health Club. A lot of the work I do is 1:1 or in private group’s so I’m excited to extend my offering here over the coming months.

My intention is to introduce you to foundational practices that I love and use to support myself and my clients, to help you understand your physiology, as how we breathe is unique to each of us, and create a practice that draws you in and supports you in your days.

These workshop style sessions, run for 30mins and each is a combination of theory, practice and Q&A, as it’s important to me that you fully understand the benefits, as well as the techniques, as it’s the understanding of ‘why’, that drives us to implement change, and keep a practice on repeat.

Each session will be recorded and you will have access to it until the following weeks class, so you can practice as many times as you like, or if you prefer to practice solo or cannot make the class you can do it in your own time.
